I live in Albert Lea but last July my car broke down in Austin. Wangen Automotive quickly picked up my car and replaced its bad alternator.

In October, my car occasionally had a dead battery. My Albert Lea auto center replaced the alternator and let me know about the repair after it was completed. Unable to have the warranty work done by Wangen, I contacted them with my situation. They contacted their supplier and refunded my money for the defective alternator.

Wangen went out of their way to help me again, and I would recommend their fine service to anyone.
