MINNEAPOLIS — Austin senior Caleb Bentley is 16th out of 16 divers at the Class ‘A’ diving preliminaries at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in St. Paul Thursday.

Bentley, who is competing at state for the first time, compiled a score of 175.85 after his first set of dives.

Bentley will have three dives remaining in Saturday’s finals.

Tanner Nordlund of Sartell-St. Stephens leads the competition with 262.2 points.
