The third and fourth suspects in an alleged four-person burglary pleaded not guilty in Mower County Court on Thursday.

Harley Becker, 19, of Brownsdale and Jordan Cox, 20, of Austin, both pleaded not guilty to first-degree burglary with assault, first-degree aggravated robbery and second-degree aggravated robbery. All charges are felonies. Two other men, Nestor Valle, 19, and Kyler Morehouse, 20, previously pleaded guilty to the same charges.

The men allegedly burglarized a home at the 400 block of Second Ave. SW on Sunday, Feb. 26. Victims say the four men allegedly broke into the house, repeatedly punched and hit two girls under the age of 18, and a 19-year-old man, and made off with several cell phones and a 32-inch TV, according to the court complaints.

Becker also recently pleaded guilty to an assault that happened on Nov. 13, in which Becker and another man chased a 14- and 13-year-old, cornered the 14-year-old and repeatedly hit the teen. According to the court complaint, Becker punched the teenager several times in the face, pushed him to the ground and stomped on his face several times and broke his glasses and skateboard. Becker is scheduled for sentencing on March 22 in that case. Morehouse and Valle also have court appearances on May 25.
