HAYFIELD — Hayfield sophomore Dani Wagner poured in 24 points as the Vikings topped Rochester Lourdes (6-16 overall, 0-10 HVL Gold) in a girls basketball game in Hayfield Thursday.

“We kind of go as (Dani) goes,” Hayfield head coach Fred Kindschy said. “She handles the ball well and she posts up well.”

The Vikings (10-11 overall, 4-5 HVL Gold) led by as many as 14 in the second half before Lourdes pulled to within four points.
