Violet L. Falk, 91, of Austin, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at Our House Memory Care.
Violet Falk
Violet was born on Nov. 20, 1920, in Lilydale, to Even and Augusta (Adams) Midge.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Norval Hamberg and Anthony Falk; daughter, Linda Sanden and son, Norman Hamberg
Violet is survived by her grandchildren: Devin Sanden, Austin; Troy (Helen) Hamberg, Wichita Falls, Texas, and Jackie (Albert) Aldesco, Los Angeles; great-grandchildren: Melissa Hamberg, Joshua Hamberg, Katherine Hamberg, Lex Aldesco, Jet Aldesco, and Royce Aldesco; cousins: Dorothy Hamberg, Syrlene Williamson, Ruth Turvold, and Burnell Turvold.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at Oakland Lutheran Church with the Rev. Matt Griggs officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Oakland Lutheran Church on Monday for one hour before the service. Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Oakland Lutheran Church.
