Workforce Development, Inc. is looking for submissions on the best work places in southeast Minnesota.
Submissions will be accepted through Feb. 17 for the national Best Places To Work program, which recognizes the best employers in local communities.
“We are very fortunate to have some great employers in our communities. We want to recognize our best employers and provide valuable data to help all of our employers identify what they do well and where they have room for improvement,” said Randy Johnson, executive director.
Workforce Development will survey companies in Freeborn, Mower, Rice, Steele, Goodhue, Olmstead, Houston, Dodge, Fillmore and Wabasha counties. This is the fourth year in a row that Workforce Development has sponsored this program for southeast Minnesota.
Employers will be recognized in two size categories: companies with fewer than 100 employees and companies with more than 100 employees.
Participating organizations will be asked to complete a 40 question, online survey. Personnel Dynamics Consulting Group, of Florida will collect the information, analyze the data and provide the results. All data is kept private.
