FARIBAULT — The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team closed out its regular season with a 53-42 loss at Faribault Bethlehem Academy (17-9 overall, 10-6 Gopher) on the road Friday.

Jenna Krell had two points, three assists, and nine rebounds for the Awesome Blossoms (13-11 overall, 11-5 Gopher), Taylor Hagen had eight points and six blocks and Sara Noble had three points and four steals.

BP will enter the Section 1A West Division tournament as a No. 3 seed and it will host No. 6 Alden-Conger Friday at 7 p.m.
