An Austin man has struck the jackpot.

Terry Heine won $21,000 by playing the Minnesota State Lottery’s “Crossword Multiplier” scratch game. Heine claimed the prize on Jan. 23.

He purchased the ticket at Hari Food Mart Inc., 709 21st St. NE.
