The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team beat Hope Lutheran (1-8 overall, 1-8 Big Nine) 75-52 on the road Friday.

The Athletics (6-5 overall, 3-4 SEC) were led by Skylar Meyer, who scored 20 points and Damien Haugen, who added 16 points.

“We played a lot of pressure defense and it worked in our favor,” LP head coach Casey Anderson said. “We had a little lull for awhile, but we bounced back out of it.”
