Boys hockey: Packers fall to Waseca 5-2

The Austin boys hockey team attempted 12 mores shots than Waseca, but it didn’t pay off in a 5-2 road loss Tuesday.
The Bluejays (2-6 overall) scored three times in the third period to take over the game.
Austin (2-8 overall) pulled to within 3-2 when Tony Baudler scored with 9:35 left in the third, but that as the last of the Packers’ offense.
Rainer Londino-Green had 17 saves for Austin.
