HUTCHINSON, Minn. — A Morrison County grand jury has indicted a Hutchinson man in the shooting death of his former prison cellmate.
Jason Ray Dominguez is accused of shooting Dustin Brown seven times and lighting a fire at the home where he was staying. The Morrison County Attorney’s Office says Dominguez told several people that he wanted to kill Brown because he owed him $1,400.
The St. Cloud Times reports (http://on.sctimes.com/sU4Tz0 ) Judge Douglas Andersen set bail at $1 million Thursday. Brown was found lying next to a bed with gunshot wounds in a burning mobile home in Little Falls in October. Dominguez has been indicted on first- and second-degree murder charges.
