The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (11-1) made it through a thrilling Class A state quarterfinal match against Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity Friday night at Macalester College in St. Paul, putting them in the semifinals.

Saturday afternoon they found out who they will face in the semifinals. Dawson/Boyd defeated Warren-Alvarado-Oslo, 56-0. Blooming Prairie and Dawson/Boyd will square off Saturday morning in the Metrodome at 10:15 a.m.
