—Victor John Abrego, 57, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Fined $385. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Dismissed charges: Refusing to submit to a chemical test, driving after cancellation, reckless driving, failure to carry proof of insurance and failing to signal for turn. Offense date: July 31, 2011.

—Rodney Wayne Christenson, 42, of Austin. Convicted of DWI and two counts interfering with privacy. Fined $585. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, three years supervised probation, 30 days electronic home monitoring and 100 hours community work service. Dismissed charges: DWI, five counts of stalking, one count interfering with the privacy of a minor and one count interfering with privacy. Offense date: Oct. 1, 2010.

—Nyamuoch Peter Chuony, 19, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree burglary. Sentenced to 20 years probation and 80 hours community work service. Dismissed charges: First-degree burglary and simple robbery. Offense date: July 29, 2011.

—Dayton Lee Rinaldi, 22, of Lyle. Convicted of DWI. Fined $585. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation and 30 days electronic monitoring. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: June 11, 2011.

—Nyakier James Thiach, 19, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree burglary. Sentenced to 27 months in prison stayed for 120 days in jail, 20 years probation and 100 hours community work service. Dismissed charges: First-degree burglary, simple robbery, interfering with 911 call and fifth-degree assault. Offense date: July 29, 2011.

—Isaiah Kalub Newberry, 23, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree assault. Sentenced to 135 months in prison. Dismissed charges: Attempted, premeditated first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. Offense date: July 14, 2011.

—Chad Edmund Seys, 42, of Owatonna. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Fined $385. Sentenced to one year probation. Offense date: June 8, 2011.
