Blizzard best Bruins 5-2

A sluggish start proved costly for the Austin Bruins as they lost 5-2 in Alexandria Saturday.

The Blizzard (13-6-2 overall) posted three goal in the game’s first six minutes and Austin (12-8-2 overall) wasn’t able to dig out of that hole.

Nicholas Lehr took the loss as he finished with 34 saves.

The loss moved the third place Bruins two points behind Alexandria in the NAHL Central Division.
