Have a story about Austin’s pre-school programs? There’s a non-profit who wants to hear from you.

The Ready 4 K organization, which is touring Minnesota to hear stories about early childhood care and education, will be in Austin from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 at the Hormel Historic Home. Ready 4 K representatives will host a Kitchen Table Conversation about Austin Public Schools Early Childhood and Family Education.

“We’ve been a pretty proactive community in the area of early childhood,” said Amy Baskin, Director of Community Education.
