The Grand Meadow football team couldn’t match up with the top team in the Southeast Conference when it lost 41-12 at No. 6 ranked Spring Grove (6-0 overall, 6-0 SEC) Friday.

The Superlarks (4-2 overall, 4-2 SEC) trailed just 7-6 after the first quarter, but they couldn’t keep up.

“They’re a very physical team and they’re good,” GM head coach Gary Sloan said of SG.
