GM man heads to prison after violating parole

A Grand Meadow man convicted of stealing $350 worth of tools from a LeRoy man’s garage was sentenced to prison last week for violating his probation.

According to court documents, 21-year-old Quentin James Stejskal violated his probation twice since he was initially sentenced in January. On Wednesday, he was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for the violations. He received credit for 92 days of time served.

Stejskal was convicted in January of third-degree burglary for stealing the tools and pawning them to buy methamphetamine.
