—Adan Canales, 44, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation, 40 hours community service and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Fined $460. Dismissed charge: DWI — operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol. Offense date: June 3, 2011.

—Steven Michael Allan Collett (AKA Steven Michael Mallan), 26, of LeRoy. Convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to 36 months in prison stayed for 10 years. Must serve 15 years probation and register as a sex offender. Dismissed charges: two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion. Offense date: Sept. 3, 2010.

—Gabriela Cordova Garcia, 28, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 21 months in prison not to be served because she has served 562 days since her arrest. Dismissed charges: first-degree drug possession, fifth-degree drug possession and two counts of aggravated forgery. Offense date: Feb. 23, 2010.

—Logan Buckley Meline, 21, of Madison, Mo. Convicted of interfering with a 911 call. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year probation. Fined $395. Dismissed charge: domestic assault. Offense date: April 21, 2011.

—Maria Moreno Yazmin Perez, 32, of Austin. Convicted of simple forgery. Sentenced to three years supervised probation. Must cooperate with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. Dismissed charge: aggravated forgery. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2008.

—Marcelino Reyes, Jr., 39, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Fined $585. Dismissed charge: DWI — operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Offense date: May 6, 2011.

—James Edward Wade, Jr., 31, of Austin. Convicted of financial transaction card fraud. Sentenced to one year unsupervised probation. Fined $531.92, including restitution. Dismissed charges: three counts of financial transaction card fraud. Offense date: April 29, 2011.

—Wyatt David Applen, 20, of Wykoff. Convicted of being a user of a controlled substance in possession of an assault weapon and possession of drug paraph-ernalia. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Dismissed charges: fifth-degree drug possession and illegal transportation of firearm in a motor vehicle. Joshua David Bollinger, 33, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree burglary. Sentenced to 43 months in prison. Dismissed charges: possession of stolen property, possessing methamphetamine precursors with intent to manufacture, storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult and fifth-degree drug possession.
