Bruins win third straight game

The Austin Bruins picked up their third straight win when they toppled Minot (3-14 overall) 6-3 in Riverside Arena Saturday.

John Simonson, who has scored five goals in the last three games, posted a goal in the first and third period for the Bruins (8-4-1 overall).

Chris Fischer added a goal and two assists for Austin.

Tyler Bruggeman picked up the win in the net for Austin as he stopped 15 shots.
