The Austin volleyball team finished in fourth place at the eight team Rochester Century Invite Saturday.

The Packers (3-12 overall) beat White Bear Lake 25-15, 18-25, 15-13 and topped Farmington, who they lost to earlier this season, by scores of 25-22, 26-24 and they lost to Jackson County Central 25-14, 25-9 and Hayfield 25-10, 26-24.

“It was a good day for Packer volleyball and the girls played inspired today,” Austin head coach Barry Brobeck said.

Haley Underwood had 21 kills on the day for Austin.

The Vikings (12-5 overall), who took third at the tournament, also beat Rochester Lourdes 25-21, 25-17, topped Mankato East 16-25, 25-21, 15-11 and lost to Rochester Century 25-10, 26-24.
