In case you haven’t heard, TRAM is the word.

The MS TRAM Bike Tour is coming to town Tuesday starting at 9 a.m., part of their annual bike ride to raise money to fight Multiple Sclerosis. The ride is the culmination of months of planning by city officials.

“I have literally slept, breathed, dreamed, planned, plotted, whatever for the last several months making it happen,” said Cheryl Corey, executive director of the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau.

City officials are throwing a few celebrations for TRAM riders before they head out to Lanesboro Wednesday morning. There will be entertainment and beer gardens at Todd Park from 3 to 9:30 p.m. There’s going to be performances by Six Mile Grove, Nate T, Second Edition and Amanda Corey during that time, and all performances were donated to the MS Society. In addition, the MS Society will take the stage for awards and announcements at 7 p.m.

Public shuttle buses will be available to help ease parking. There will be five food vendors at Todd Park as well. The public is invited to attend.

Bus A leaves at 3:40 p.m. and arrives to Todd Park at 4:15 p.m.

Bus A leaves at 5:40 p.m. and arrives to Todd Park at 6:15 p.m.

Bus B leaves at 6:40 p.m. and arrives to Todd Park at 7:05 p.m.

Bus C leaves Todd Park at 8:45 p.m. and arrives to Walmart at 8:55 p.m.

Park at Holiday Inn/Days Inn:

Bus A leaves at 3:15 p.m. and arrives to Todd park at 4:15 p.m.

Bus A leaves at 5:15 p.m. and arrives to Todd Park at 6:15 p.m.

Bus A leaves Todd Park at 8:45 p.m. and arrives to Holiday Inn at 9:10 p.m.
