The Mower County Historical Society invites children and their parents to attend the Teddy Bear Picnic on Sunday, July 10, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Mower County Fairgrounds.

The Teddy Bear Picnic offers a fun and exciting atmosphere for both children and adults.

This year’s activities will include games, Model T rides, piñata breaking, a golden teddy bear hunt, and a picnic lunch. Children are encouraged to bring their favorite teddy bear, a picnic blanket, a camera, and their parents and grandparents. Children attending the event will be given a teddy bear with paid admission.

Tickets for this event are available at the Mower County Historical Society office, located on the east side of the fairgrounds, during regular hours, Tuesday-Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., or they can be purchased the day of the event. The cost is $5 per ticket for children and $3 per ticket for any adult who wishes to eat with the children.
