The Austin girls golf team took third at a triangular in Winona Thursday.

The Packers scored a 409, while Winona shot a 393 and Rochester Mayo finished with a 373.

Austin sophomore Caitlyn Stanley had a career-best score and sophomores Nicole Lipari and Steph Justice had season’s best scores.

“They’re getting better, but we still want to break 400,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “Hopefully we get a chance at home on Friday.”
