Paul J. Marmesh, M. D. entered into rest Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010, at the age of 89.

He was born in Austin, Minnesota on May 10, 1921. He attended the University of Minnesota as an undergraduate, and the University of Texas at Galveston Medical School. He Taught at Trinity University for many years. Dr. Marmesh practiced at the Nix Hospital for more than 40 years.

He is survived by his son, Paul A. Marmesh and wife, Carol; daughter, Alexa A. Marmesh and husband, Alex Nicasio. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Bill, Gus, Mike and Alex; sisters, Mary and Antonia.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin. The Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.worlein.com.
