The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corp. declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12.75 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation.

The dividend is to be paid Aug. 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23. The previous quarterly dividend, which was announced in March, was also 12.75 cents. That dividend was paid May 15.

This is Hormel’s 332nd quarterly dividend.
