Feliciano Aguilar-Aguilar (D.O.B. Jan. 18, 1981) of Austin. Count 1: Aggravated forgery (dismissed). Count 2: Aggravated forgery (dismissed). Count 3: Giving peace officer a false name. Fined $85. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for two years unsupervised probation. Sentence is concurrent with another case in which probation conditions include inability to return to U.S. unless by legal means. Offense date: Feb. 19, 2011.

David Michael Dill (D.O.B. Sept. 14, 1989) of Austin. Count 1: Fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. Fined $85. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, followed by three years supervised probation. Must complete 40 hours community service. Count 2: Possession of drug paraphernalia (dismissed). Offense date: Dec. 4, 2010.

Rolando Reyes, Jr. (D.O.B. Jan. 3, 1992) of Austin. Count 1: DWI — operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. Fined $610. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Count 2: DWI — operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (dismissed). Count 3: Minor consumption (dismissed). Offense date: Dec. 26, 2010).
