Austin police are looking for suspects in a prescription pill theft that allegedly happened Tuesday afternoon.

An Austin woman reported that two bottles of prescription pills were taken from her home Tuesday when she left for an hour. She had left the back door to her house unlocked because a repairman was scheduled to come over.

When she returned, one bottle of pills was gone from her bedroom and one bottle had been taken from her bathroom.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said the woman doesn’t know who could have taken the pills, and there are no suspects.
