EDINA, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have identified the woman killed in a house fire in a Twin Cities suburb Monday.
Fifty-four-year-old Cynthia Robb was found near the front entrance in her house in Edina. Her husband and two daughters were not at home.
Fire Chief Marty Scheerer says the blaze had apparently been burning for more than an hour before a neighbor discovered it about 5 a.m. The Star Tribune reports Scheerer says the home had at least four smoke detectors, some were melted and “some were chirping.”
