MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A woman convicted of threatening to bomb a plane in 1991 is in federal custody again for allegedly threatening to kill and “slowly cut skin off” the FBI agent who arrested her 20 years ago.
Kim Rolene Hutterer is being held Tuesday on a federal charge of mailing threatening communications.
According to the complaint, Hutterer has been calling FBI Special Agent Dean Scheidler and sending him threatening letters, text messages and e-mails for years.
The complaint says that last October, she sent an 11-page, handwritten letter — with additional pages of drawings — threatening to “cut his eyelids off” and “break each of his fingers.”
The complaint says Hutterer also threatened to kidnap a child for ransom and damage a federal building.
She is scheduled to make an initial appearance Wednesday.
