Patricia Ann Weber, 82, of Austin, died at St. John’s Lutheran Home in Albert Lea Tuesday morning, March 29, 2011.

Born May 30, 1928, to Otto and Grace (Reed) Anderson in St. Paul, and she attended Austin Schools. She liked dancing at the Rainbow and the Terp where she met Elmer Weber. She married him on Oct. 30, 1945, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin. Patricia worked at Comforcare as a nursing assistant until her retirement in 1993. Elmer passed away in 2008. Patricia enjoyed family gatherings on Sundays and also playing cards.
Survivors include six daughters, Mary Ann (David) Gaines, Linda (Russell) Anderson and Sandra Benner, all of Austin; Kathie (Charlie) Helland of Albert Lea, Joan (Roni) VanRiper of Glenville, Jean (Dale) Ackland of Austin; 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; two daughters, Nancy Weber and Carol Anderson; two great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; sister, Eleanor Dubey; two brothers, Maynard and Darrel Anderson; son-in-law, Reuben Anderson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 1, at Worlein Funeral Home, Austin. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday at Worlein Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Red Oak Grove Cemetery, rural Austin. The family prefers memorials to American Cancer Society. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.
