Orland Alvin Johnson, 75, of Rochester, passed away Wednesday March 23, 2011, at St. Marys Hospital.

Orland was born March 25, 1935, in Northwood, Iowa to Ole and Amy Johnson (Hansen). He married Betty Johnson (Clark) in Austin on May 5, 1956.

Orland is survived by his wife, Betty; brother, Charles (Pat) Johnson of Mason City; sister, Lorrine Tohme of Adams; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother and two sisters.

Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday, March 26, at Hope Summit Christian Church, 1315 Sixth Ave SE in Rochester, with Pastor Kevin White officiating. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Austin at a later date.
