Through the years, our family has had the privilege of spending Sundays together.

We would like to keep it that way and enjoy the benefits through the years.

We must perpetuate and reinforce the family values. Family must be the cornerstone of our society.

Ideally, it would be nice if more businesses would pursue the possibility of closing one day a week. The Europeans are doing it; it would help bring families together and, maybe, alleviate many of the problems our society is facing – divorce, drug addiction, crime, etc. We must emphasize the causes and not the symptoms.

Editor’s note: The Minnesota Legislature is considering a bill that would allow liquor stores to be open on Sundays.
