Rebel girls rally past Falcons

The Southland girls basketball team had to come up with a late flurry to beat Wabasha/Kellogg (4-16 overall) 54-50 in Adams Tuesday.
The Rebels (16-5 overall, 11-5 Three Rivers) trailed by six with seven minutes left.
“We got some steals at the top and we hit some big shots down the stretch,” Southland head coach Bob Sheehan said.
Southland missed 18 free throws, which helped W/K stay close.
