Blizzard beat Bruins 4-1

The Austin Bruins slid back to 12 points behind third place Alexandria when they fell to the Blizzard 4-1 on the road Saturday.
Alexandria (23-18-5 overall) scored three times in the third period to break the game open.
The Bruins (18-25-3 overall) tied the game at one when Jack Walsh scored on assist from James Dickinson with 2:26 left in the second period, but Austin mustered just three shots in the third period, while allowing 13.
Alexandria out-shot Austin 35-23 on the night.
