The Austin girls basketball team beat Albert Lea (2-12 overall, 2-7 Big Nine) 76-61 in Ove Berven Gym Tuesday.

The Packers (5-8 overall, 5-4 Big Nine) led 48-28 at the half and Jenna Svoboda and Babaye Oja combined for 55 points in the win.

Austin forced 33 Albert Lea turnovers.
