CARLTON, Minn. — Authorities are releasing more information on the shooting deaths of a couple near the northeastern Minnesota town of Cromwell.

Kim Schmitz and her boyfriend, Thomas Holm, both 53, were found dead Jan. 9 in their home just outside Cromwell. Holm’s burned pickup truck was found the night before near Saginaw, about 35 miles away.

In a statement Monday, Carlton County Sheriff Kelly Lake says a T-shirt was found in the truck. The South Pole brand shirt was dark and bore the words “Utmost Supremacy.”
