Evelyn Novak, 92 of Blooming Prairie, died at Prairie Manor Tuesday morning, Jan. 11.

Service: Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: Visitation is one hour prior to the service.

Interment: Interment is at Blooming Prairie City Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
