The Austin Bruins lost two straight games to Owatonna over the weekend.

The Express won 3-1 on Friday and beat the Bruins 3-2 in a shootout on Saturday.

On Saturday, the Express scored two shootout goals, while Sam Olson was the only one to score for Austin.

Austin’s Cody Hotchkin and Jack Walsh each scored in the third perioid to force overtime.

On Friday, Alex Tesenky scored a powerplay goal to tie the game up at one in the second period, but Owatonna scored twice in the last four minutes of the second to get the win.
