The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team beat Mankato Loyola 42-31 on the road Saturday.

The Awesome Blossoms (9-8 overall, 7-3 Gopher) were led by Kelli Naatz, who scored 12, and they outscored the Crusaders (0-16 overall) 26-13 in the second half.
