Percy Harvin returns to practice with Vikings

EDEN PRAIRIE — Wide receiver Percy Harvin has returned to the Minnesota Vikings.
Harvin was at practice with the team on Monday for the first time in more than two weeks. Harvin’s grandmother died two days into training camp, and then his migraine headaches flared up. The Vikings expressed patience with the situation, but his absence was one of many from the first team offense.
Wide receiver Sidney Rice is still out recovering from a hip problem. And the team is still waiting for word from quarterback Brett Favre about his status for the season.
Harvin is coming off a standout rookie year for the Vikings as a receiver, runner and returner. But the migraines have been a problem for most of his life.
