Mark Richard Clausen, 45, of Rochester, Minn., died Aug. 1, 2010, in an auto accident.

For anyone who knew Mark, they knew that he loved to work and was always the first to help others; on any given day, he could be found helping friends and neighbors with their projects. When Mark wasn’t working or helping others, he enjoyed playing racquetball, shooting pool, riding his motorcycle, and taking winter vacations.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents, his uncle, his brother, his sister, and his beloved dog, Maxx. He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the privilege to know him.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Toeterville, Iowa, with Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4 to 7 p.m. at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, 207 S. School Street, St. Ansgar.
