Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Gladys M. Jorgenson, 89, passed away peacefully on July 6 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. 
A former Austin resident, Gladys had moved to Roseville in 2006 to be near her daughter, Judy, and son, Jim. A dedicated, caring wife and loving, nurturing mother, Gladys was blessed with a family who adored her. They were her greatest joy in this life. She cherished visits with them and her many friends, and they will long remember her good spirit and humor. 
Born in Lyle, Gladys married Harold A. Jorgenson in 1939. He preceded her in death in 2001. 
She is survived by children, Terry (Marion) of Omaha, Judy (Paul) of New Brighton, James (Michelle) of Hudson, Wis., and Nathan (Teresa) of Fairmont.  She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. 
A visitation will be held this Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin. A celebration of her life will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Six Mile Grove Church in Lyle with Rev. Barbara Finley-Shea officiating.
