The Kansas City Royals will be conducting a Major League Baseball open tryout camp in Austin, Minnesota on Tuesday, June 22 beginning at 8 a.m.

The tryout will take place at Dick Seltz Field on the Riverland Community College Campus and is open to all serious ballplayers, high school age or over.

The tryout will begin with registration at 8 a.m., followed by the workout at 9 a.m.

All players will need to bring baseball gear (gloves, cleats, workout clothes, and hat). All players under 18 years of age will need a permission slip signed prior to the event by their legal guardian.

Legion players should have written approval from their legion coach.
