Bradley Craig Barnett, 53, of Blair, Wis., died on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, in his home.
Brad was born on Feb. 8, 1957, in Austin. He married Lynn Wollschlager on July 29, 1978, in Nashua, Iowa. Brad and Lynn moved to Blair from Austin in 1978 where Brad was employed with Stetzer Electric.
Brad enjoyed mechanical work and rebuilt two complete cars from the ground up. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and four wheeling.
Brad is survived by his wife, Lynn; a daughter, Ashley; and a son, Tyler, all of Blair, Wis.; his parents, Bill and Lauretta Barnett of Austin; a brother, Terry (Liz) Barnett of Wayzata, Minn.; a sister, Gina Barnett of Otranto, Iowa; his father-in-law, Leroy Wollschlager of Austin; a sister-in-law, Cheryl Wollschlager of Austin; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his grandparents, Brad was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Barbara Wollschlager.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the First Lutheran Church in Blair with the Rev. Christine Hallemeier officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Austin at a later date.
The Jack Funeral Home in Blair is assisting the family with arrangements.
