The Southland softball team took third place in the Stewartville Invite Friday.

The Rebels (7-8 overall) lost to Stewartville 9-1 and beat Grand Meadow/LeRoy/Ostrander/Kingsland 14-1.

Jenna Juenger hit three homers in three straight at-bats against GMLOK (0-15 overall) and she finished 6-for-7 on the day with six RBIs.

The Rebels scored first against Stewartville, but the Tigers scored four runs in the sixth to break it open.
