Highway 105 is slated to close south of Austin at Woodbury Creek Monday for crews to replace a bridge.

Motorists can expect a detour on Highway 105 beginning May 10, as crews install a wider bridge with 4-foot shoulders, according to a Minnesota Department of Transportation press release.

With the closing, a detour will begin Monday. The detour will lead motorists to Mower County Road 6 to Highway 218 to Mitchell County Roads A19 and S70 in Iowa.

The $621,677 project is scheduled to be completed by July 31, weather permitting.
