Terri Lindquist

Terri Le Lindquist, 51 of Blooming Prairie, died at Owatonna Hospital Wednesday morning, March 31, 2010. She was born July 13, 1958 to James and Charlotte (Hyland) Higgins in Blooming Prairie, Minn. where she grew up and graduated from high school in 1976. She married Terry Alan Lindquist on Oct. 10, 1981 at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie. Terri was employed by SPX in Owatonna for 20 years and for Wenger Corp. for the past seven years. A member of First Lutheran Church, she formerly served on the board of education. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, playing cards and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, Terry of Blooming Prairie; one son, Caleb Lindquist of Blooming Prairie; daughter, Janna Lindquist of Lakeville; two brothers, Troy (Janice) Higgins of Owatonna, Major Timothy (Laura) Higgins of Monterey, Calif.; one sister, Terese Farr of Minneapolis; sister-in-law, Julie Trygstad of Rochester; brothers-in law and sisters-in-law, Wayne Lindquist of Rochester, Karen (Herman) Beede of Blooming Prairie, Dale (Deb) Lindquist of Blooming Prairie, David Lindquist of Blooming Prairie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Thomas Higgins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 3, 2010 at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastors Charles Leonard and Heidi Heimgartner officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday at Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home and at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment is at Red Oak Grove Cemetery, rural Blooming Prairie.
