Tammy A. Jorgenson, 49, of Cedar Minn. passed away April 10, 2010. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Avis; Chopper and Cody.  
She is survived by her life partner, Brian Pouliot; sisters, Linda ( Byron) Dyrland, Vicky (Perry), Kendra (Bill) Newman; and relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Tammy’s Life will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 5 p.m. at River Dance Ranch, at the home of Mary and Michael Meuwissen, 4265 County Road 123, Mayer, MN, 55360. Personal tributes welcome. Casual dress. Interment will be in Lyle, Minn.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
