On behalf of Westminster Presbyterian Church of Austin, I would like to thank Hy-Vee, Sterling Drug and Church families for the donations and support of items needed for our church’s annual Easter Event held on Saturday, April 3.

We are very thankful for their donations along with Jim Jayes for his wonderful children’s performance with his puppet friends and all of the church members for volunteering their time, donating money and prizes in making this year another fun-filled success. With 317 people from our community in attendance, this year was the largest event ever. The children of our community enjoyed carnival games, crafts, a puppet show, treats, an outdoor egg hunt and hearing the Good News of the Easter Story.  We look forward to this again next year.
