MINNEAPOLIS- UW-Eau Claire women’s hockey players Kristin Faber, a junior from Austin, Minn., has been selected to this year’s All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) First Team, conference sports information director Brian Monahan announced today.

Faber, who also received first team recognition last year and was an honorable mention selection two years ago, leads the Blugolds this season with 19 goals and 33 points, both of which are second best in the NCHA. The 33 points and 19 goals is also a school record in each category for most in a season. Faber currently has 80 career points, which is a school record.
